Upon learning of Sweet Wheat® my condition was:
1. 15 months of failed orthopedic surgeries.e 2. Stuck in a room 24 hours a day, constantly in pain with hope dwindling and dependent on others for outside services.

A few years ago, my husband and I decided to help out his needy Aunt and paint her house. I love to paint but it is more stressful to my hands because of my carpel tunnel syndrome. The end result was a pretty house, but my left hand had a finger and thumb that couldn’t bend and were in great pain. I am a 68 years young female. I’ve suffered from many conditions – I.B.S., Macular Degeneration, difficulty sleeping and arthritis in my knees. I was taking different prescriptions for these issues but sometimes instead of them working they just made me feel worse and sick.

Hi everybody!
I wanted to let you know that I ordered Sweet Wheat for my 82 year old mother who was taking anxiety pills (Lorazepam) for 15 years. I wanted her to get off them, I know how dangerous drugs are especially at her age.
Anyway, I ordered the Sweet Wheat and started her on two capsules a day. The first two days nothing happened so the third day I gave her four pills. By the sixth day she was sleeping better, talked a lot, had more energy and her thoughts were now clear. She said she was no longer feeling “foggy”.

I have been using the product off and on. I am glad to report to you that I have found Sweet Wheat beneficial for my health, especially in the area of acid reflux and digestion. It is also a very strong antioxidant.
My adult son who was suffering from heartburn took a ½ teaspoon of the powder before meals and found great relief. I accidently poured hot water on my hand so I placed some Sweet Wheat powder on the spot and let it sit for a few minutes. Surprisingly there was no blister and the pain in the area was minimal.

One day I woke up to get ready for work as I usually do. I went to the bathroom and I noticed that I had a cramping and burning feeling as I went. I want everyone to know the amazing ways it had helped me!
I have several medical problems, including diabetes. I began eating Sweet Wheat about four months ago because I heard it would help with constipation, which I have a chronic, miserable case of. Also, I knew it was very healthy and would be good for me. Well, in just a few days my constipation problems were over and have never returned. What a relief!
Here is the really amazing part! After about four to six weeks, I began to notice that my blood sugar levels were improving! Gradually they were lowering and becoming consistently more level overall. This puzzled me because I had no change in diet or medication. My blood sugar continued to improve gradually and I also realized I was honestly feeling better all the time. My grandson was having problems with his skin breaking out. His acne was getting pretty bad and nothing seemed to help.
My daughter saw your advertisement and told me all about it so I decided to order the Sweet Skin Cream™ and Sweet Wheat® Capsules. The order came and I forgot about it for two days until my daughter saw the package and reminded me. We mixed the Sweet Skin cream and vial together and my daughter took it home to my grandson who put the cream on his face right away. After having two strokes I seemed to just sit around the house all day. However, just a few days after starting “Sweet Wheat®” I had this enlightened feeling of wanting to do things again indoors and outdoors. It was like being in a dark room when suddenly all the windows and doors swing open on a clear and sunny day. I am in my late 30’s and have a 24 month old son. I used to have a strong immune system and rarely got sick. After I had my son I started getting sick easily, getting better then days later I would get sick again. A co-worker suggested I try wheatgrass juice at the local juice store. I tried it and it helped me get over the cold faster.
I did research online about the benefits of wheat grass and looked for a way to take it everyday without it costing $1.50 to $2.00 a day. Most of the websites that sold wheatgrass capsules required you to take 3-5 per serving and at least two servings a day which was too much for me. Then I found Sweet Wheat® and they recommended two caps a day for the equivalent of the other companies. That was more reasonable for me. I ordered a 30 day supply to try and within a couple weeks I noticed that I had more energy to keep up with my 24 month old, I had lost some inches on my waist and didn’t get sick when my son did (which was something new!).

A skin disease I had for 40 years dissappeared. It started when I fell into a hedge and cut myself on it. The dermatologist said it was eczema. I used cortisone creams for years to no avail. I use the Sweet Skin™ for dry itchy skin and it and keeps it moisturized for a long time. No matter where I have an itch I put the cream on and it stops itching.
I also use the Sweet Skin for insect bites. I got stung by a wasp on my hand the other day and put a mixture of the Sweet Skin and Sweet Wheat® on it. I covered it with a Band-aid and it didn’t hurt anymore!
Lastly I used to have very bad gas which was very smelly. Now for the most part the gas has no smell at all which is a big relief!

Since using it I have experienced lessened stomach pain. Almost all my life I have had a difficulty eating ordinary foods without excessive gas and stomach pains! I have been lactose intolerant wihtout knowing that fact as well.
Medications given to me by doctors for my stomach ulcer never benefited me. Most prescription drugs gave me more pain so it seemed I was faced with chronic illness and nothing to heal me.

My stomach used to burn and be consistently irritable so my Dr. put me on Nexium. Within a week I began to have pain in the side of my neck that grew worse and worse. Since my stomach wasn’t any better and now I had a new pain, I went off the Nexium. It took two weeks before the pain went away in my neck.

What a life changing experience. It all started when a couple of friends and I went to visit Sanoviv Medical Institute in Rosarito, BC, Mexico. This is a "state of the art" facility. As we toured we got to shop at sanovivs health store, which was well stocked with literature and products.

After using Sweet Wheat® I am actually able to hold a conversation! I was diagnosed with A.D.D. and used to have a very hard time keeping my mind on what someone was saying as well as what I was thinking of saying.

About two years ago I began to have stinging sensations in my arms and legs. I went to three different types of doctors. They didn’t know why or how to treat it and the stinging drove me crazy.

I had a rash on my lower leg that itched. I took some powder Sweet Wheat® mixed with a little bit of water and put it on the rash for a couple of days. Guess what, there was no more itch and the Sweet Wheat dried up the rash.

I was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) in March 2000. After the initial shock, I went to an oncologist who told me "all the details" and that I was in "watch and wait". He told me this was an incurable disorder and that when my White Blood Count (WBC) became high enough he would start me on chemotherapy (Fludarabine). He also told me not to spend a lot of money in the alternative market looking for a cure because it did not exist.
I spent time and money since then going from treatment to treatment. I even drank a liquid form of Cesium for four months to no avail. Finally, with my blood counts rising (1490 for WBC in 04/03) my oncologist told me that he intended to recommend Fludarabine and that I would start in 05/03 . I was beside myself, then I had telephonic contact with Jeannie at Sweet Wheat®. She is a person who truly believes in her product. I had taken various green supplements before. Based upon Jeannie's persistence, I started taking three teaspoons of Sweet Wheat four times daily. I am now down to two teaspoons four times daily. I will probably take it from now on.
My WBC has gone from 1490 to 84G in 4.5 months. I recommend that everyone consider this form of supplementation. 1am also taking curcumin which induces apoptosis. I think that everyone should read about the importance of oxygen/ozone via Ed McCabe, author of “Flood Your Body with Oxygen.”

You Really do not Defend against Diabetes Now, You’ll Hate Yourself Later
Type
2 diabetes is easily the most common type of diabetes. Many Americans are
identified as having diabetes type 2,and many more are unaware they're at high
risk. Some groups have a higher risk for developing diabetes type 2 than
others.
Diabetes
type 2 is more common in African Americans, Latinos, Indigenous Americans, and
Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians as well as other Pacific Islanders, along
with the aged people.
In
diabetes type 2, either your body does not produce enough insulin or the cells
ignore the insulin. Insulin is required to the body to be able to use glucose
for energy. Any time you eat food, the entire body reduces all of the sugars
and starches into glucose, which is the basic fuel for the cells in the body.
Insulin takes the sugar from the blood to the cells. When glucose increases in
your blood rather then going into cells, it can result in diabetes
complications.

* Eat numerous vegetables and fruits.
* Choose whole fiber foods over processed

Try brown rice as an alternative to white.
Substitute brown bread bread for white.
* Eat fish 2 to 3 times weekly.
* Select leaner cuts of meat like those that
end in "loin."
* Remove the skin from chicken and turkey.
* Eat non-fat dairy
* Drink water and calorie-free non-carbonated

* Use liquid oils for cooking as an
alternative to solid fats.
* Lower high calorie snacks like chips,

do not need to visit a gym, play sports or use fancy equipment.
Of
course, you should discuss with a family doctor before starting any exercise
program.
For
those who have Diabetes.
Eating
healthy and staying active are a lot more important when you've got diabetes. Well-balanced
meals may help keep your glucose (sugar) level as near to normal as possible.
Being
active likewise helps you decrease your blood glucose. If you increase your
physical activity levels, you could probably take less insulin or diabetes pills.
In case you are very inactive, have heart disease or a history of foot ulcers,
consult your doctor about safe exercise to suit your needs.
Check
your blood glucose before exercising. If it's under 100 mg/dl, eat some fruit,
crackers or drink glass of milk or juice.
Check
it again after exercising to find out how your blood glucose responds to
physical exercise. Bring a snack if you'll be active for a couple hour.

what happens when you have atherosclerosis. Your arteries, the highways
for your blood, harden and narrow, and the same amount of blood has to
make its way through a much tighter space. This traffic jam in your

Atherosclerosis occurs when cholesterol, fat, and other substances in
your blood build up in the walls of your arteries. The process can begin
when you're a child, but it may not become a problem until you're in
your 50s or 60s. As this muck gathers in your arteries, it forms plaque.
Plaque can clog or completely block arteries, cutting off blood flow to
your heart or brain. That's when you have a heart attack or stroke.
Too much cholesterol and triglycerides - types of fat - in the blood,
high blood pressure, and smoking cause the most damage to your arteries.
Other risk factors for atherosclerosis include diabetes, a family
history of the condition, stress, obesity, and an inactive lifestyle.
Men, in general, are at greater risk, as are people who have an "apple"
body shape - with the fat gathering at the belly rather than the hips
and thighs.
You can fight atherosclerosis by making good food choices. Cut back on
saturated fat and cholesterol from meat and whole-milk dairy products,
and look for the following foods that lower cholesterol, bring down
blood pressure, and keep your blood flowing smoothly.
Nutritional blockbusters that fight atherosclerosis
Fish. Reel in a big, fat fish and wriggle off the hook of
atherosclerosis. Omega-3 fatty acids, the polyunsaturated kinds found in
fatty fish like tuna, mackerel, and salmon, protect your arteries from
damage.
First, omega-3 takes out triglycerides, the fats that build up on your
artery walls. It also stops your blood's platelets from clumping
together. That way, your blood remains smooth instead of sticky. Sticky
blood can clot and block blood flow. Lastly, omega-3 might lower blood
pressure.
No wonder so many studies show that eating fish can reduce your risk of
heart disease. The American Heart Association recommends eating at least
two fish meals a week.
You can find a form of omega-3 called alpha-linolenic acid in walnuts,
which lower cholesterol. Other sources of omega-3 include flaxseed,
wheat germ, and some green, leafy vegetables, like kale, spinach, and
arugula.
Garlic. Anything fish can do garlic does, too. The sulfur compounds in
this amazing herb not only lower cholesterol and triglycerides, but they
also go after only the LDL or "bad" cholesterol and leave the HDL or
"good" cholesterol alone.
Garlic can also lower blood pressure so your arteries don't take as much
of a pounding. Thanks to a substance called ajoene, garlic keeps your
blood from clumping and clotting. One study even showed garlic helps
your aorta, the body's main artery, remain elastic as you age.
Experts recommend getting 4 grams of garlic - about one clove - into
your diet each day.
Fiber. During the course of a day, you should eat about 25 to 35 grams
of fiber. If you do, you'll boost your general health and give
atherosclerosis quite a battle.
Certain types of soluble fiber, such as the kind in oats, barley,
apples, and other fruits, shrink your cholesterol levels. It works by
slowing down your food as it passes through your stomach and small
intestine so your "good" cholesterol has more time to take cholesterol
to your liver and out of your body. Eating more than 25 grams of fiber
every day might also cut your risk of developing high blood pressure by
25 percent.
Fiber comes with an added bonus - it fills you up. After a fiber-rich
meal, you feel full, so you're less likely to overeat and put on
unwanted pounds. Because being overweight increases your risk of
atherosclerosis and other heart problems, eating fiber could be part of
an effective strategy to guard your arteries.
You'll find fiber in fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain breads and
cereals.
Antioxidants. An unarmed intruder poses less of a threat than one with a
weapon. By stopping free radicals from oxidizing LDL cholesterol,
antioxidants remove much of the danger. Once oxidized, LDL cholesterol
makes a beeline for your artery walls much faster. In fact, some
scientists believe LDL cholesterol only harms you once it has been
oxidized.
Vitamin C, vitamin E, and beta carotene are antioxidants. Peppers,
oranges, strawberries, cantaloupe, and broccoli give you vitamin C,
while carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, mangoes, and collard greens are
full of beta carotene. Sources of vitamin E include wheat germ, nuts,
seeds, and vegetable oils.
While you munch on those fruits and vegetables, you'll get the added
benefit of antioxidant substances called flavonoids. Resveratrol in
grapes, anthocyanins in cranberry juice, and quercetin in onions,
apples, and tea are some of the flavonoids that help your heart and
arteries.
Monounsaturated fat. To keep your blood running smoothly, maybe you need
an oil change. Olive oil, the main source of fat in the heart-healthy
Mediterranean diet, has mostly monounsaturated fat. This type of fat
slashes the "bad" cholesterol without harming the "good" cholesterol. It
also prevents clotting, giving your arteries even more protection.
Like fiber, monounsaturated fat also fills you up so you're less likely
to overeat.
Think about switching from soybean or corn oil to olive oil. After all,
the Greeks - even while enjoying a rather high-fat diet - rarely develop
atherosclerosis.
Besides olive oil, sources of monounsaturated fat include avocados,
nuts, and canola oil.
Ginger. Make your dinner a little bit tastier and your arteries a little
bit healthier with this ancient spice. Ginger contains phytochemicals
called gingerol and shogaol, which give it its antioxidant power.
Animal studies show ginger not only lowers LDL cholesterol and
triglycerides, it also prevents LDL oxidation. On top of that, ginger
also keeps your blood from clotting by reducing the stickiness of your
platelets.
Sometimes life just seems to get the best of us. Even if you are the kind of person who is usually positive and on-the-go, you can have periods where you feel down and blue without being able to pinpoint exactly why. This could be a sign of depression. Many times when people hear that word, they think it could not possibly apply to them. However, there are a surprising number of people in the world who suffer from depression, often suffering in silence.
If you think you may be depressed, your best bet is to consult a physician. He or she may want to prescribe you certain medications, or suggest talk therapy. If you are not ready for prescription medication, or if you would simply prefer to keep your treatment natural, there are a number of supplements on the market that will enable you to get help while keeping it simple. There is a good selection of popular, helpful and well-documented supplements available in your local health food store or vitamin shop.
One of the most long-standing and well-known supplements for depression is an herb called St. John’s Wort. St. John’s Wort is also known as a hypericum. It is popular because it is known anecdotally to produce far fewer side effects than many of the popular prescription medications. Medications such as Prozac, Paxil or Zoloft are part of a class of drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs. Other prescription-only drugs available for depression relief are those with brand names such as Nardil or Eldepryl, which belong to a class of drugs called monoamine oxidase inhibitors, or MAO inhibitors.
The problem with either of these classes of drugs is that they can cause long-term side effects including ones of which we are not even certain. The short term problems range from shortness of breath, to sexual dysfunction, to weight gain or weight loss, to nausea and headaches. The list is actually quite long; the side effects of St. John’s Wort are few and far between. There are even studies that indicate certain foods should be avoided altogether while on MAO inhibitors, whereas no such warning exists for St. John’s Wort use. The only recommendation is that if you are currently using one of the prescription medications, you should speak with your doctor about how to safely discontinue use before starting to supplement with St. John’s Wort.
Another supplement that has increased in popularity for depression treatment is 5-Hydroxytryptophan, more commonly referred to as 5-HTP. In the United States, it is sold in natural food stores and vitamin shops for a variety of different uses, one of which is for relief of symptoms of depression. It is also useful as a sleep aid and an appetite suppressant. 5-HTP is not an herb, but an amino acid. Amino acids are naturally occurring in the body, and generally regarded as safe for consumption. This amino acid in particular can be found in small amounts in some foods, most notably cheese and poultry.
However, statistically one would have to consume a diet consisting of nothing but these two foods in order to get enough of it to help with depression. Hence, supplementation is a viable alternative to get the amount required for treatment. Since 5-HTP gets converted to serotonin with the help of the vitamin B-6, it is thought to work somewhat like the SSRIs but without the need for a prescription and again, without the potentially nasty side effects. One should not start a regimen of 5-HTP supplementation without consulting a physician, especially if he or she is already using another drug, herb or supplement for treatment of depression. The mixture could potentially be unsafe.
Some people prefer to treat depression with natural energy boosters, hoping that their lifted energy levels will subsequently lift their spirits. If this sounds more appealing to you, you can try a supplement called SAM-e. SAM-e stands for S-Adenosyl methionine, which is part of a methyl group that produces certain chemical reactions within the body. It too is naturally occurring, so supplementing with it is a decidedly better alternative for many people. SAM-e is produced and used by the liver, and while this supplement is touted as being quite effective, it does have a higher report of some side effects similar to the prescription drugs already mentioned. In rare circumstances, anxiety has been known to occur. Therefore, those prone to both anxiety and depression may want to avoid SAM-e.
For other mood-elevating substances, one could look to less potent supplements such as fish oils, B-vitamins, and ginseng. These are all energy-producing and mood balancing and come without any side effects. If you want to lift your spirits but are not ready to visit the idea of prescription drugs or even a strong natural supplement, you may want to start here. You could be on your way to feeling better by taking these supplements to care for yourself.
