The benefits of the outdoors are so numerous! I really enjoyed this article because it touched on subjects like the mental benefits as well as the physical benefits. This article pointed out that many heart attacks could be prevented just by taking walks outdoors! Also, the major problem of people being over weight could probably be cut back if people would get outdoors and do activity instead of always sitting indoors being couch potatoes.
