I have read the most amazing article just now about Yoga! I really did not realize the wide range of physical benefits Yoga provides for your body! Yoga actually helps,like internal organs. It really is very beneficial for you physically, in ways that other common exercises are not.

What use to make me shy away from Yoga, was the meditation focus on spiritual things other than my chosen beliefs. But  I love the fact that this article pointed the meditation at the "Maker", which lets you realize you can meditate on the Maker of you own faith. This is a very important point to make clear, as many people shy away from Yoga because of it's Middle Eastern start. But you can meditate according to your own religious beliefs.
